Our Standard Turnaround Time of Production is 6-8 Business Days and then we Ship out.
Can I get my order Expedited?
Yes, we do offer an Expedite Service which will take 3-4 Business for the Production and you will just have to bear a small fee (there are no rush charges on re-occuring orders).
What Forms of Payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Check or PayPal.
Do you have Stock Items or Pre-Made Boxes?
No, we do not have stock items or pre-made boxes as we all do Custom Boxes.
Can I get my own Artwork/Design Printed on the Boxes?
Sure, why not! Since, we all do Custom work so it is 100% possible to get your Artwork/Design printed on your Boxes.
How can I ensure what will be the final look of my Boxes?
You can turst us blindfoldedly on this part! We as a Team take care of the whole process. From Designing to Printing and to get your order delivered to your door step we take the responsiblity. We send mockups of your Boxes in Flat View and 3D View so you can review it and approve for production. We will never produce it and will wait for your final go ahead. However, we do offer Free Physical Sampling prior to production once the order is placed.* (*Please contact Sales Team for further assistance)
Is there a Special Discount for the Resellers?
Yes, there is a Specical Discount for the Resellers/Creative Media Group and we offer them Wholesale pricing.
What Shipping Methods do you use?
We offer Free Shipping via FedEx, DHL and UPS with 2 Days Priority.
Do I have to assemble the Boxes myself?
No, you do not have to do any additional efforts to assemble the Boxes as they are Shipped Pre-Scored and Pre-Glued.
What file type should I sumbit for printing?
We accept, AI, PSD, PDF and EPS Editable Vector Format with minimum 300dpi High Resolution file format.
